Sport-Specific Conditioning

Develop and Instruct sports-related conditioning programs for individuals and local teams, including football, soccer, baseball, and softball.   

Provides individual-specific physical and nutritional programs and guidance to improve one's performance and confidence. Provide the tools needed to improve skills and achieve optimal health within his/her sport.  Work with athletes in the areas of Strength Training, Bodybuilding, Endurance, and mastering Sport-specific goals.

Health & Wellness Coaching

As a Coach, I will take the time to re-inforce what the building your body process requires:

  1. Trust!  "Faith without works is Dead."  Anything is possible once you believe. 
  2. Focus on your Goals and Objectives everyday without interruptions from other life circumstances!
  3. Application of proper Form and technique! Make your training is nothing but effective and results successful!
  4. Fight!  "If it isn't worth fighting for, then it isn't worth it at all," despite all negative obstacles...
  5. Integritable Performance!  Push you limits and cheating is not an option.
  6. Work  smart, not hard, and do less to achieve more! A lot of activity does not equal results!
  7. Finishing! Don't give up or give in too early. Fitness and weight training is an ongoing event; Weight training is a journey, a journey to be enjoyed!

Weight training has so many benefits! You will be building muscle, promoting bone density, looking great, feeling terrific, boosting metabolism, and increasing confidence!
