Develop and Instruct sports-related conditioning programs for individuals and local teams, including football, soccer, baseball, and softball.
Provides individual-specific physical and nutritional programs and guidance to improve one's performance and confidence. Provide the tools needed to improve skills and achieve optimal health within his/her sport. Work with athletes in the areas of Strength Training, Bodybuilding, Endurance, and mastering Sport-specific goals.
